Two Chip Tuesday

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this jackpot bonus.

2. Players may participate in Poker’s “Two Chip Tuesday” jackpot bonus by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Poker game.

3. Poker’s “Two Chip Tuesday” jackpot bonus will run on Tuesdays from 5:00pm to 12:00am. Mega Quads will be suspended on Tuesday during this promotion with no daily add.

4. A “Cash Splash” is money added to the main pot by the house before a hand begins.

5. Beginning at 5:00pm, two (2) live tables will be drawn every thirty (30) minutes to receive a Cash Splash Envelope.

6. The “Cash Splashes” will consist of thirty (30) pre-stuffed envelopes, totaling $1,633.00.

7. Each pre-stuffed envelope will contain two (2) chips.

a. Sixteen (16) envelopes will contain $30.00, each envelope consisting of one (1) $25 chip and one (1) $5 chip. = 480
b. Eight (8) envelopes will contain $50.00, each envelope consisting of two (2) $25 chips. = 400
c. Three (3) envelopes will contain $101.00, each envelope consisting of one (1) $100 chip and one (1) $1 chip. = 303
d. Two (2) envelopes will contain $125, each envelope consisting of one (1) $100 chip and one (1) $25 chip.= 250
e. One (1) envelope will contain $200, envelope consisting of two (2) $100 chips. = 200

8. Qualifying tables will be drawn by computer program.

9. In the event of a computer malfunction or lack of computer access, cards or plaques (or other available devices designated by Sycuan Poker Management) clearly denoted with table numbers (and/or seat numbers) of eligible tables will be drawn by a Sycuan Poker Room representative.

10. A new game will not be considered eligible unless the first hand is dealt before the drawing takes place.

11. In the event that there is only one (1) jackpot eligible game, that table will automatically win the (2) Cash Splash Envelopes.

12. If any table receives multiple cash splashes envelopes, the cash splash envelopes will be added to different successive hands played.

13. A new player will not be considered eligible unless the first hand is dealt before the drawing takes place.

14. A player must be jackpot eligible at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win a cash splash.

15. Ineligible players will not be dealt into the Cash Splash hand

16. If an ineligible players wins the main pot or portion thereof, the cash splash or portion will carry over to the next hand.

17. In the event of a Poker Jackpot, the player with the winning hand will receive their jackpot share in addition to Poker’s “Two Chip Tuesday” jackpot bonus prize.

18. If any other jackpot bonuses are running concurrently with Poker’s “Two Chip Tuesday” jackpot bonus the player may receive their bonus prize in addition to the Envelope Cash Splash.

19. Players may win multiple times per the course of Poker’s “Two Chip Tuesday” jackpot bonus.

20. Any Jackpot Bonus moneys less than $200, won in hand-related play, will be added to the players stack at the table.

21. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for the entries will be issued during this time.

22. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

23. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

24. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

25. Participation in this even constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

26. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this event at any time without advance notice.
