SANTA’S SLEIGH

1. Guests will begin earning vouchers starting Friday, December 1 through Monday, December 23 for the Wednesday, December 25 car game.
2. Guests will receive one personalized, printed voucher with each electronic Bingo buy-in. A maximum of 2 free vouchers with one PHD and one MaxPak buy-in can be earned per session during the earning period of the event.
3. Vouchers are non-transferable. A valid date range will be printed on each ticket.
4. The “Santa’s Sleigh” car game will take place during the Evening Session after the Bonzai Jackpot game.
5. On Wednesday, December 25 each voucher can be redeemed for one PHD or MaxPak “Santa’s Sleigh” electronic Bingo card. Electronic buy-in is required to redeem vouchers. Vouchers may not be redeemed for paper cards.
6. Players must redeem vouchers for the “Santa’s Sleigh” cards during their initial buy-in for the Evening or presale buy-in. Vouchers may be redeemed with any Bingo clerk at any POS station.
7. Players will not receive a “Santa’s Sleigh” voucher with their buy-in on the day of the event.
8. Vouchers not redeemed on designated game day will not be replaced.
9. A Bingo buy-in receipt is required to participate in the “Santa’s Sleigh” game. Seats are limited to availability on the day of the events.
10. Vouchers and “Santa’s Sleigh” game cards which show signs of tampering, erasure or other unauthorized modification will be disqualified.
11. Players may also purchase extra “Santa’s Sleigh” Game cards on PhD, MaxPak, or paper. A maximum of 2,000 cards can be played per electronic unit.
12. The winning player(s) must have the last number called for valid Bingo. Bingo numbers will be confirmed before prize is awarded.
13. In the event there is more than one winner the cash alternative will be split evenly amongst all verified winners.
14. The vehicle winners will be responsible for vehicle tax, license and registration fees, as well as any other applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. There is a $29,400 cash alternative prize.
15. If the winner chooses to take the car, Sycuan will pay the base price up to $41,562 for a 2024 Toyota Tacoma SR5 or vehicle of their choice offered by and ordered through a local dealership of Sycuan’s choosing. No other dealers will be accepted. Any cost beyond $42,000 will be incurred by the winner. Any part of the $41,562 not used to purchase the vehicle will be forfeited by the winner and the remaining monies will be considered void.
16. The winner of the Monday, December 25 “Santa’s Sleigh” car game will have one week (7 days) to contact Sycuan Marketing to decide if they would like the car or cash alternative.
17. Redemption button will be deactivated at 8:30PM on Wednesday, December 25.
18. Santa’s Sleigh presales include one free electronic card for the car game.
19. If the Wednesday, December 25 Bingo session is cancelled by any unforeseen circumstances “Santa’s Sleigh” will be played the following Saturday on Saturday, December 28. Guests may bring in their vouchers or their receipts for the evening session.
20. The winner must show current/valid government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan card to claim the prize for record purposes. Bingo Management will fill out a winner’s log and send to Accounting.
21. All promotions are open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests not members of Club Sycuan who want to participate in any promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.
22. You must be 21 or older and have a current/valid government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion. You must have an initial Bingo buy-in to participate in Bingo promotions.
23. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission, or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while assigned to work at the Casino.
24. Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort, and Gaming Commission employees are not allowed to participate in gaming activities.
25. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
26. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or jackpot winnings.
27. All winners are responsible for applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes is $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the IRS.
28. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above promotion rules.
29. Bingo management can modify or cancel any promotion without advance notice.
