Sycuan Poker’s “Industry Appreciation” Promotion
January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025
1. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s Industry
Appreciation promotion.
2. Players must have a Sycuan players card to participate in this promotion.
3. Players may participate in Poker’s “Industry Appreciation” promotion by actively
playing in any jackpot eligible poker game.
4. Poker’s Industry Appreciation promotion will run Monday from 12:00am – Friday
12:00PM.
5. By participating in this promotion any employee of a casino or cardroom (excluding
Sycuan employees) will receive $10.00 per hour for each successive hour of play.
a. A minimum of two (2) hours of play is required to participate in this promotion. If
(2) hours of play has been completed, the maximum payout a guest can receive each day is $50.00.
6. Players will be paid out once per day using live chips.
a. For example, if a player begins playing at 1:00am and plays until 6:00am, the
player will earn $10.00 per hour in the poker room, including their minimum of 2
hours of play, with a total of $50.00 being awarded to the player.
7. Player must show a current I.D. and/or credential proving them to be a current employee
of a casino or cardroom.
8. A binder with a names, ID number and amounts will be track and logged to ensure
players will only get paid once per day.
9. Time must be played in one consecutive block (consecutive hours played and time
requirements may be waived at the discretion of the Management in certain
circumstances. i.e. the game breaks, the player is being required to wait to be seated in
another game, etc.).
10. Players can only collect on this promotion from 12:00am-11:59pm once every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
11. To remain eligible, guests must take any available seat during the promotion in any
jackpot eligible game.
12. Table must be jackpot eligible in order to qualify.
13. Time played is non-transferable.
14. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other
government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should
total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
15. Barred of excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot
winnings.
16. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at
Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal
members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion.
All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot
participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at
Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker
Representative that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in
rescindment of prize.
17. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any
future marketing and promotions purposes without further compensation to the winner.
18. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.
19. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without
advance notice.
