Cash Splash Frenzy

1. Players may participate in Cash Splash Frenzy by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Poker game.

2. Cash Splash Frenzy bonus will run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm – 11:30pm.

3. A “Cash Splash” is money added to the main pot by the house before a hand begins.

4. Beginning at 5:30pm one (1) No limit game and one (1) Limit Hold’em or Half/ Half game will be drawn every hour at the bottom of the hour to receive a $50 Cash Splash. Example, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm, 8:30pm, 9:30pm, 10:30pm and 11:30pm

5. Qualifying tables will be drawn by computer program.

6. A new game will not be considered eligible unless the first hand is dealt before the drawing takes place.

7. In the event that there is only one (1) jackpot eligible game, that table will automatically win the Cash Splash.

8. In the event of technical difficulties, the bonus will run only if regular game updates can be obtained by some other method at the Poker Manager’s discretion.

9. Qualifying tables will be drawn by computer program after each score is confirmed.

10. In the event of computer malfunction, or lack of computer access, cards or plaques (or other available devised designated by Sycuan Poker Management) clearly denoted with the Table numbers of eligible tables will be drawn by a Sycuan Poker Room representative.

11. A returning player will be considered eligible if they can be dealt in at the time that the cash splash gets to the table.

12. A new player being seated in a game must have been dealt in before the time of the drawing to be eligible to win any cash splashes.

13. In the event that the number of qualifying tables equals the number of cash splashes, each table will receive a cash splash.

14. In the event of a Poker Jackpot, the player with the winning hand will receive their jackpot share in addition to Poker’s “Splash Frenzy” jackpot bonus prize.

15. Tables may win multiple times per the course of this bonus.

16. Jackpot bonus or promotional payouts will be paid from a Chip Runner’s Imprest Bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

17. Any Jackpot Bonus or Promotional money $200.00 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the player’s stack at the table.

18. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

19. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

20. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the giveaway.

21. Sycuan Management has the right to modify or cancel this Jackpot Bonus at any time without advance notice.
