DAILY TOURNAMENTS

1. This tournament is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this tournament can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the casino with a valid government-issued picture identification.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s “Hold’em $80 entry $2000 Guarantee Tournaments”.

3. Poker’s “Hold’em $80 entry $2000 Guarantee Tournaments” can take place any Day or Night (at Management’s discretion).

4. The tournament may be canceled if there are less than 4 players at the start of any tournament (at Management discretion a tournament may be canceled).
a. If the tournament is canceled all money will be refunded

5. Guests may participate in Poker’s No Limit Hold’em Tournament by registering at the Poker Cage. Buy-in for each $80 will be distributed as follows:
a. $59 will go towards the prize pool
b. House revenue fee = $17
c. Dealer fee = $1
d. Administrator Fee = $2
e. Bonus fee = $1

6. Starting chips 10,000 in tournament Chips. Players may buy 10,000 in Tournament Bonus Chips for $10 (dealer appreciation) at the start of their play, this will be added to the dealer’s tip pool.

7. If the total prize pool does not reach the $2,000 Guarantee, the difference will be made up using the Jackpot Reserve account.

8. Poker’s “Hold’em $80 entry $2000 Guarantee Tournaments” No Limit Hold’em Tournament structure is as follows:
a. Each level is determined by management
b. Breaks at Management discretion.
c. This is a re-entry event. Late entries and re-entries are allowed until the start of level 5.
d. Late entries will be dealt in immediately (do not have to wait for the blinds) and will receive a full starting stack.
e. All players with a paid seat will have their chips put in play. At the conclusion of the registration period, all paid entries (including alternates) who have yet to be seated will be assigned a seat and their chips will be put into play.
f. This tournament will seat up to 10-players per table.
g. Management decisions are final and without recourse.

9. All Policies and Procedures as stated in P&P ID: 319 for Poker tournaments and Poker operations (including general tournament rules, bank controls, deck controls, and record keeping) will remain applicable

10. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government or internationally imposed fees.

11. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, and the Sycuan Gaming Commission are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker Representative that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

12. Tribal Members may participate in this event.

13. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, jackpots winnings or allowed to participate in tournaments.

14. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

15. Participation in this tournament constitutes an agreement to the above rules of the tournament.

16. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or tournament rules and/or tampering with the tournament in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

6. Starting chips 5,000 in tournament Chips. Players can Re-buy $10 for 10,000 in tournament chips any time they have 10,000 or less in chips. Add on at the end of level 4 for $20 for 20,000 in tournament chips to be added to their stack.
