LUNAR NEW YEAR $8,888 CASH DRAWING

1. This promotion is open to all Bingo players that have a buy-in for the Evening Session on Wednesday, January 29.

2. An Evening Bingo buy-in receipt is required to participate in the Lunar New Year $8,888 Cash Drawing.

3. With every electronic package purchased, excluding the minimum electronic buy-in, the guest will receive one (1) drawing voucher to deposit into the drawing barrel Friday, January 13 through Tuesday, January 28.

4. The drawings will take place after the Super Jackpot game on Wednesday, January 29.

5. Tickets are non-transferable. A valid date will be printed on each ticket.

6. A locked drawing barrel will be placed in front of the caller stand (under camera surveillance) for guests to deposit their vouchers. The barrel will remain in front of the caller stand starting on Friday, January 13 through Wednesday, January 29.

7. Players must deposit drawing ticket(s) into the drawing barrel in the Bingo area next to the caller stand. Once tickets are placed in barrel, they may not be removed.

8. Three names will be drawn from the barrel by a Sycuan team member and announced from the Bingo caller’s stand. Each winner’s name will be read three times. If the winner selected does not respond within the third time of the name being called, another name will be drawn.

9. Each of the winners, in order of verification, will choose a Year of the Snake prize reveal. For the Evening session, two (2) prize reveals will contain $888 cash and one (1) prize reveal will contain $8,888 cash.

10. The winners must show current/valid government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan card to claim the prize for record purposes. A Bingo representative will fill out a winner’s log and send to Accounting.

11. Once a player has been drawn and verified, their remaining entry tickets will become void. In the event a verified winner’s ticket is drawn more than once, another name will be drawn in its place.

12. All promotions are open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests not members of Club Sycuan who want to participate in any promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

13. You must be 21 or older and have a current/valid government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion. You must have an initial Bingo buy-in to participate in Bingo promotions.

14. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission, or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while assigned to work at the Casino.

15. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort, and Gaming Commission are not allowed to participate in gaming activities.

16. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

17. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or jackpot winnings.

18. All winners are responsible for applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes is $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the IRS.

19. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above promotion rules.

20. Bingo management can modify or cancel any promotion without advance notice.
