DONUTS AND DEALERS

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s “Donuts and Dealers” Jackpot Bonus.
2. To participate in the “Donuts and Dealers” Jackpot Bonus, players may sign up by registering in the Bravo app or with the front desk in person or via phone.
3. Poker will get two dozen donuts and hand them out.
4. “Donuts and Dealers” Jackpot Bonus will run Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am-10am.
5. Players will need to be in a live game or be on the waiting list to participate in the “Donuts and
Dealers”.
6. The Poker Server will go around the room and give live poker players first choice of donuts. The
players on the waiting list will get to choose after the live players have received their donuts.
7. Donuts will be on a first come, first serve basis. Supplies are limited.
8. Any Jackpot Bonus monies of $200 or less, won in hand-related play, will be added to the
players stack at the table.
9. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other
government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600
or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.
10. Barred of excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, Jackpot Bonuses or jackpot
winnings.
11. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in
any Sycuan Casino Resort Jackpot Bonuses while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker Representative that they are not eligible for the Jackpot Bonus. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
12. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and Jackpot Bonus purposes without further compensation to the winner.
13. Participation in this Jackpot Bonus constitutes agreement to the above rules of the Jackpot Bonus.
14. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this Jackpot Bonus at any time without advance notice.
