Break The Bank

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. Beginning at 10:00am on Saturday, August 31, Club Sycuan members can swipe once per day to receive one (1) electronic entry in the “Break the Bank” drawings happening every Friday in September. Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn one (1) additional entry into the “Break the Bank” drawings for every twenty-five (25) points earned. Each Tuesday, Slots, Table Games, Poker and Bingo participants can earn five (5) entries into “Break the Bank” drawings for every twenty-five (25) points earned.

4. Club Sycuan members can swipe their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk throughout the Casino to check their entries and current point balances.

5. The number of additional entries issued is calculated through tracked play on the following dates:
a. 12:00am on Saturday, August 31 through 9:50pm on Friday, September 6
b. 12:00am on Saturday, September 7 through 9:50pm on Friday, September 13
c. 12:00am on Saturday, September 14 through 9:50pm on Friday, September 20
d. 12:00am on Saturday, September 21 through 9:50pm on Friday, September 27

Qualification times for promotional entries are based on the removal time of a Club Sycuan Card from a gaming machine or when play time ends at the tables. The “Break the Bank” drawing will close on the kiosks at 9:50pm each Friday and will re-open at 12:00am the following Saturday.

6. The electronic drawing drum will be emptied each Friday after the conclusion of the final drawing.

7. To activate electronic entries for the drawings, participants must check-in after 6:00pm each promotional day in September. Check-in will close at 9:50pm every Friday.

8. Participants can check-in by swiping their Club Sycuan card at any Club Sycuan kiosk. Touch the “Break the Bank” button to activate entries. The kiosk will show how many entries have been deposited. No printed entries will be issued to participants.

9. The electronic “Break the Bank” drawings will take place on Friday, September 6, 13, 20 & 27.

10. Electronic drawings will be conducted as follows:
a. Four (4) winners at 8:00pm
b. Four (4) winners at 9:00pm
c. Four (4) winners at 10:00pm

11. Participants can only win one (1) prize per day.

12. Drawings will take place on the Promotions Stage. Participants must be present to win. Winners will have six (6) minutes to report to the drawing area once their name has been called.

13. If a winner cannot be located within six (6) minutes, a new winner will be selected until the appropriate number of winners has been identified for each drawing time.

14. Winners must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity. Once their identity has been verified, they will be able to participate in the stage game.

15. Once winners are identified and verified, in order of arriving, winners will select one (1) piggy bank to be broken. The emcee will place the selected pig on the conveyer belt and pull the lever to start the conveyer belt which will bring the pig to the top of the container and drop to be broken. A voucher in the piggy bank will reveal the prize the participant has won.

16. The prize revealed may be multiplied according to the participant’s card tier as follows:

Gold Tier = original prize, no multiplier
Platinum Tier = x2 multiplier
Elite Tier = x3 multiplier
Diamond Tier = x4 multiplier
Black Tier = x5 multiplier
If a participant wins the $25,000 cash prize, no multiplier will be given.

17. Participants will have the chance to win $500-$20,000 in Slot FREEplay™ or $25,000 cash.

18. If the $25,000 Cash prize is won, the Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will request a current government-issued picture identification and Club Sycuan membership card.
a. Once the winner’s identification and prize has been confirmed, the Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will have the winner sign a Winner’s Log and W-9 (cash prizes only).
b. Once the necessary paperwork is in order, the Cage Ops Team Member will be responsible for making the cash payment to each winner. The Cage Ops Team Member and Club Sycuan or Marketing Team Member will sign the Winner’s Log confirming the transaction has been made.

19. Club Sycuan members who earn five-hundred (500) total points between Saturday, August 31 – Friday, September 6 may collect a voucher at any Club Sycuan kiosk redeemable for one (1) 2024 Sycuan Casino Resort Piggy Bank. The participant only needs to earn the points, the points will not be removed from the participant’s account when the voucher is redeemed. This voucher can be redeemed for one (1) 2024 Sycuan Casino Resort Piggy Bank at the West Club Sycuan desk 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

20. Participants must provide current government-issued picture identification and their Club Sycuan card to verify their identity. Limit one (1) 2024 Sycuan Casino Resort Piggy Bank per Club Sycuan member. The 2024 Sycuan Casino Resort Piggy Banks will be available Saturday, August 31 – Friday, September 6, while supplies last. No rain checks will be issued. The item has no cash value and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Should any 2024 Sycuan Casino Resort Piggy Banks still be available after Friday, September 6, Sycuan Management has the right to extend the promotion until supplies are exhausted.

21. Slot FREEplay won during this promotion will not expire. All Slot FREEplay prizes will be automatically placed on the winner’s account. No printed tickets or receipts will be issued to winners.

22. Slot FREEplay won in this promotion can only be used on slot machines and cannot be exchanged for Table Games PROMO or FREE-Bet chips.

23. In the event of technical difficulty or mechanical failure, Sycuan Casino Resort may temporarily suspend this promotion until the problem is resolved. No rain checks for entries will be issued during this time.

24. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

25. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions or jackpot winnings.

26. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

27. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

28. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

29. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

30. Sycuan Casino Resort management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
