MEGA SUNDAYS

1. This promotion will occur every Sunday in March, April, and May, except for May 11, during the Evening Session.

2. The Mega Jackpot consolation prize winner will select one of the twelve spots on the punch board.

3. The punch board will have 12 spots with the following prizes:
• 1 spot for $20,000
• 1 spot for $10,000
• 2 spots for $5,000
• 2 spots for $3,000
• 6 Spots for $2,000

4. Once an award has been given, that spot will no longer be available.

5. The guest will not choose a spot on the punch board if the posted jackpot is won.

6. All amounts must be claimed by the end of the promotion. If the posted jackpot is won on the promotion day, the promotion will be extended by one Sunday.

7. The punch board will be placed next to the caller’s stand.

8. The player will have the opportunity to punch one spot.

9. If there are multiple winners for the Mega Jackpot consolation, each guest will select a jumbo playing card. The player with the highest card will decide which spot to punch. In the case of a tie, all tied players will draw another card.

10. In the case of multiple winners, the total prize amount will be divided equally among all Mega Jackpot consolation prize winners, regardless of who won the highest card and punched.

11. Mega Jackpot will be sold for $3 every Sunday during this promotion.

12. To participate in this promotion, you must have an initial buy-in for the Evening session.

13. All promotions are open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan and who would like to participate in any promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

14. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current/valid government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion.

15. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Club at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission, or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at the Casino.

16. Employees of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Club, and Gaming Commission are not allowed to participate in gaming activities.

17. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

18. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or jackpot winnings.

19. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the IRS.

20. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above rules of the promotion.

21. Bingo management has the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without advance notice.
