BAD End of the Year Bash
with Joe Musgrove

1. This promotion is open to all guests that have purchased an initial bingo buy-in with their
Club Sycuan card for the Bingo After Dark (BAD) session on Saturday, December 28.

2. Each guest will receive one house drawing ticket with their initial buy-in during the
Bingo After Dark Session.

3. Drawing will take place multiple times throughout the Bingo After Dark session.

4. Tickets are non-transferable. A valid date will be printed on each ticket.

5. Players must deposit drawing ticket(s) into the drawing barrel in the Bingo area next to
the caller stand.

6. Players must be present to win.

7. The winners’ names will be drawn from the barrel by a volunteer and announced from
the Bingo caller’s stand. Each winner’s name will be read three times. If the winner
selected does not respond within the third time of the name being called, another name
will be drawn.

8. The player must show proper identification and Club Sycuan card to claim the prize for
record purposes.

9. Once a player has been drawn and verified, their remaining entry tickets will become
void. In the event a verified winner’s ticket is drawn more than once, another name will
be drawn it its place.

10. There will be a total of 6 drawings throughout the Bingo After Dark session on Saturday,
December 28.

11. 6 names will be drawn during the BAD session to win an Official MLB Baseball signed
by Joe Musgrove and a padre hat (possibly signed).

12. Players will be drawn to participate in “Fun Games” and “Dance Off” to win prizes. The
following rules apply:
a. Swing It Low & Slide Home
i. The Bingo Caller will draw two (2) names.
ii. Players will come up to the designated game area, where they will be given a pair of nylons with a baseball in one foot. Players will be asked to
tie the other end of the nylons around their waist.
iii. A finish line will be marked 10 feet before the players.
iv. An inflatable home plate base will be placed at each player’s feet, and they will need to swing the baseball without using hands or feet to hit the
inflatable home plate base across the finish line.
v. The first player to have their inflatable home plate base cross the line wins $500 plus a signed Joe Musgrove jersey.
vi. The runner-up wins $100.
b. Pitch & Win
i. The Bingo Caller will draw one (1) name.
ii. Players will come up to the designated game area, where they will be given six inflatable baseballs.
iii. An inflatable catcher with a net where the glove is located will be placed 12 feet away from the player.
iv. The player will throw one ball at a time, trying to make each one into the catcher’s glove (hole with net).
v. For every baseball thrown into the catcher’s glove (hole with net), the player will receive $100. For every miss, the player will receive $25.
vi. The player will also receive a signed Joe Musgrove jersey and the cash prize.
c. Bobble Head:
i. The Bingo Caller will draw one (2) names.
ii. The players will come up to the designated game area prior to game start, the player will place a headband with a pedometer attached onto his/her head.
iii. When the clock starts, players may begin moving their head and body without touching the pedometer to register “steps”.
iv. If the pedometer headband shifts, the players may stop motion, re-adjust the headband to prevent it from falling off, and then continue.
v. To complete the game, player with the most “steps” within the 60-second time limit wins $500. The player with the lesser amount of” steps”, he/she will receive $100 consolation.

13. All promotions are open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests not members of Club
Sycuan who want to participate in any promotion can sign up for free to become a
member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.

14. You must be 21 or older and have a current/valid government-issued picture
identification to become a Club Sycuan member and participate in this promotion. You
must have an initial Bingo buy-in to participate in Bingo promotions.

15. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at
Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission, or the Sycuan Tribe, as well as Sycuan Tribal
members and their spouses, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotions.
All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot
participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while assigned to work at the Casino.

16. Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort, and Gaming Commission employees
are not allowed to participate in gaming activities.

17. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for
future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

18. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, or
jackpot winnings.

19. All winners are responsible for applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities, and other
government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar year’s prizes is $600 or
more, a 1099 will be filed with the IRS.

20. Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the above promotion rules.

21. Bingo management can modify or cancel any promotion without advance notice.

BAD on Saturday, December 28, 2024. This promotion will apply to BAD session only.
2. A Bingo buy-in receipt is required.
3. All players with a $80 buy in will receive one (1) voucher per buy in to deposit into the
drawing barrel on Saturday, December 28, 2024. A valid date will be printed on each ticket.
4. The drawings will take place after the Dance & Smoke break during the BAD session.
5. Tickets are non-transferable.
6. A locked drawing barrel will be placed in front of the Caller Stand for guests to deposit
their tickets.
7. Players must deposit voucher into the drawing barrel in the Bingo area next to the Caller
Stand. Once tickets are placed in barrel, they may not be removed.
8. A total of one (1) ticket will be drawn on Saturday, December 28, 2024. The winner’s
ticket number will be read three times. If the winner selected does not respond within the
third time of the ticket number being called, another ticket will be drawn.
9. The winner will receive a gift basket with these following autographed items:
• Autographed Padres Jersey, Padres Hat, MLB Baseball, two Padres Tickets
10. The winner must show current/valid government-issued picture identification and Club
Sycuan card to claim the prize for record purposes. Bingo Management will fill out a
winner’s log and send to Accounting.
11. All promotions are open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests not members of Club
Sycuan who want to participate in any promotion can sign up for free to become a
member at any Club Sycuan desk in the Casino with appropriate identification.
