ACES FULL THROTTLE

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino with current government-issued picture identification.

2. You must be 21 years of age or older and have a current government-issued picture identification to become a Club Sycuan member and to participate in this promotion.

3. A player is eligible for “Aces Full Throttle” by actively participating in any No Limit Hold’em or Limit Hold’em jackpot eligible Poker game.

4. One (1) No Limit or Limit Hold’em player will win for having the highest qualifying hand at the end of each session. The winning high hand will be announced at the end of each hour’s qualifying period.

5. The first session will be worth $100. All eligible players will need to make Aces Full or better to be activated on the board. Whichever player makes the highest Aces Full or better, the player will win the prize for 1st session. If no one makes the minimum of Aces Full or better, $50 will be added to the next hour. When a session is rewarded, the High hand will reset to $100. The last session will be rewarded to the highest full house or better.

6. If the poker room lacks an active game, the carryover process will be paused, resulting in no additional funds being contributed to the new hour. In the event of a game recommencement, the new hour will be reset at a base amount of $100.

7. Aces Full or better will be the minimum required hand to be activated as a high hand besides the last session.

8. In No Limit Texas Hold’em and Limit Texas Hold’em games, both hole cards must play to make the best Five-Card hand.

9. Time will be established for a high hand when the dealer calls the hand out. If the call is made from the top of the hour through 59 minutes after, it will qualify for the current hour. If not, it will qualify for the next hour.

10. Poker’s “Aces Full Throttle” promotion will consist of nine (9) high hand sessions each day Monday and Sunday:
a. 1st session – 12:00am to 12:59am
b. 2nd session – 1:00am to 1:59am
c. 3rd session – 2:00am to 2:59am
d. 4th session – 3:00am to 3:59am
e. 5th session – 4:00am to 4:59am
f. 6th session – 5:00am to 5:59am
g. 7th session – 6:00am to 6:59am
h. 8th session – 7:00am to 7:59am
i. 9th session – 8:00am to 9:00am

11. In the event of a tie on any high hand sessions “Aces Full Throttle” prize, players who tie on their hand(s) will share that prize. Qualifying hand type ties during a high hand session can only occur if players win with the same qualifying hand type at the exact same time during that same hand dealt. The new high hand must beat the 1st hand that was already on the board to be in 1st place. “Aces Full Throttle” prize can only occur at the end of each high hand session.

12. Omaha Only will run during this promotion. $50 for any quads.

13. The poker clock is used as the official time for this promotion.

14. Players can win this Bonus in conjunction with a jackpot. All other Promotions or Jackpot Bonuses will be active. Double pay Padres or Tournament Double receipt will be excluded.

15. Players may win multiple times during the course of this promotion.

16. Players must be present to win. It is the responsibility of the player to be immediately present in the poker room and to make their presence known. All prizes will be forfeited if not claimed after 10 minutes at the end of a session and the payout will be voided.

17. Proper tabling must be practiced in order to be eligible to win the bonus.
a. Proper Tabling is both:

1. Turning all face cards face up on the table

2. Allowing the dealer and players to read the hand clearly.

b. “All cards” means both hole cards in hold’em, all 4 hole cards in Omaha, all 7 cards in 7-stud, etc.
c. At showdown players must protect their hands while waiting for cards to be read. Players who don’t fully table all cards, then muck thinking they’ve won, do so at their own risk. If a hand is not 100% retrievable and identifiable and the floor manager rules it was not clearly read, the player has no claim to the pot or promotion. The floor manager decision on whether a hand was sufficiently tabled is final.
d. Dealers cannot kill a properly tabled hand that was obviously the winner.

18. Promotion payouts will be paid from a Chip Runners’ imprest bank, as outlined in Policy and Procedure Chip Runner Imprest Bank ID: 333.

19. Any promotion payout of $200 or less, will be added to the player’s stack at the table.

20. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government-imposed fees. If the cumulative total of the calendar’s year’s prizes should total $600 or more, a 1099 will be filed with the I.R.S.

21. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for the free play offers, promotions, or promotion winnings

22. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Club at Sycuan, Sycuan Gaming Commission or the Sycuan Tribe, are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the promotion team that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

23. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

25. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or promotion rules and/or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.

26. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without advance notice.
