Sycuan Poker’s “After Party No Limit Hold’em $10,000 Guarantee Tournament”

Official Rules1. This tournament is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this tournament can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino with current government-issued picture identification.
2. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s “After Party No Limit Hold’em $10,000 Guarantee Tournament”.
3. Poker’s “After Party No Limit Hold’em $10,000 Guarantee Tournament” will take place on Sunday, November 24th, at 10:00am.
4. The $10,000 Guarantee will only be active if the tournament meets or exceeds the minimum number of 50 players. If there are 50 players or greater, and the total prize pool does not reach the $10,000 Guarantee, the difference will be made up using the Jackpot Reserve account.
5. Each participant will start with 30,000 chips.
6. Blinds will be 20-minute levels with Big Blind Antes.
8. Guests may participate in Poker’s “After Party No Limit Hold’em $10,000 Guarantee Tournament” by registering at the Poker Cage. Buy-in for each $135 will be distributed as follows:
$100 will go towards the prize pool
a) House revenue fee = $21
b) Staff fee = $10
c) Administrator fee = $3
d) Jackpot fee = $1
9. Poker’s “After Party No Limit Hold’em $10,000 Guarantee Tournament” structure is as follows:
a) Each level is determined by management
b) Breaks at Management discretion.
c) This is a re-entry event. Late entries and re-entries are allowed until the start of level 5 at the same price as the Buy-In ($135).
d) Late entries and reentries will be dealt in immediately (do not have to wait for the blinds) and will receive a full starting stack. Re-entries will be assigned a seat based on random draw or to balance tables at Management’s discretion.
e) All players with a paid seat will have their chips put in play. At the conclusion of the registration period, all paid entries (including alternates) who have yet to be seated will be assigned a seat and their chips will be put into play.
f) Management decisions are final and without recourse.

10. All Policies and Procedures as stated in P&P ID: 319 for Poker tournaments and Poker operations (including general tournament rules, bank controls, deck controls, and record keeping) will remain applicable.
11. All winners responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government or internationally imposed fees.
12. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, and the Sycuan Gaming Commission are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker Representative that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.
13. Sycuan Tribal Members may participate in this event.
14. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.
15. Participation in this tournament constitutes agreement to the above rules.
16. Any participant found to be abusing Club Sycuan and/or tournament rules and/or tampering with the tournament in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible for any prize.
17. Sycuan management has the right to modify or cancel this tournament at any time without advance notice.
