Sycuan Poker’s “Best of the Best” Jackpot Bonus
November 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024

1. This promotion is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan who would like to participate in this promotion can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan desk in the casino with a valid government-issued picture identification.
2. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in “The Best of the Best”
3. Poker’s “Best of the Best” can take place any day or night (at Management’s discretion).
4. If a tournament that is eligible for this promotion has less than 4 players at the start, the tournament may be canceled. Management reserves the right to cancel any tournament at their discretion.
a. If the tournament is canceled, all money will be refunded and no points will be rewarded for the “Best of the Best” promotion.

5. Players have earned points based on their finishes in each tournament offered at Sycuan Casino. The top 10 players with the most points during the qualifying period will receive prizes according to their rankings.
6. This promotion’s point system is based and will be calculated from all regular tournaments offered at Sycuan Casino.
7. In the case of a tie for a spot, the tie breaker will be the number of tournaments played during the qualifying rounds. If both players have identical points and number of tournaments, both players will share two paying spots. Ex. 2nd and 3rd – two players will split $750.
8. If two players bust out of the tournament with the same number of chips, both players will share two spots. Ex. 6th and 7th place in the 4-10 entries bracket. Both players will receive 75 points.
9. In the case the players want to chop the prize pool, the points will be rewarded based upon the highest chip count.
10. Each tournament will reward points following the Point system:

1st place = 450 points
2nd place= 300 points
3rd place= 225 points
4th place= 165 points
5th place= 120 points
6th place= 90 points
7th place= 60 points
8th place= 45 points
9th place= 30 points
10 place= 15 points
11-39 Entries
1st place = 600 points

11. Players earn five (5) point each time they enter a tournament. Players will receive five (5) additional point for re-entries into a tournament. Re-buy and Add Ondo not earn points.

12. Points standings will be posted daily.

13. Payouts to the top 10 players for the month with the most points will be distributed based upon the money collected from the daily tournaments deposited into the tournament cost account and with the following percentages:
• 1st place – 30 percent
• 2nd place – 20 percent
• 3rd place – 12 percent
• 4th place – 10 percent
• 5th place – 8 percent
• 6th place – 6 percent
• 7th place – 5 percent
• 8th place – 4 percent
• 9th place – 3 percent
• 10th place – 2 percent

14. Qualifying period is from the 1st of the month to the end of each month. Payouts will start on the first Monday of the new month at 10am.
15. Players have 10 days to claim their winnings starting on the first Monday of the month. If a guest is unable to claim their “Best of the Best” money during the approved collection period due to extenuating circumstances, the Poker Manager or above may approve the payout after the time mentioned.
16. Players points will be tracked in a spreadsheet for transparency and safe record keeping.
17. Poker’s “Best of the Best” Promotion structure is as follows:
a. Each level is determined by management
b. Breaks at Management discretion.
c. Late entries will be dealt in immediately (do not have to wait for the blinds) and will receive a full starting stack.
d. All players with a paid seat will have their chips put in play. At the conclusion of the registration period, all paid entries (including alternates) who have yet to be seated will be assigned a seat and their chips will be put into play.
e. Management decisions are final and without recourse.
18. All Policies and Procedures as stated in P&P ID: 319 for Poker tournaments and Poker operations (including general tournament rules, bank controls, deck controls, and record keeping) will remain applicable
19. All winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government or internationally imposed fees.
20. Tribal Members may participate in this event.
21. Barred or excluded individuals are not eligible for FREEplay offers, promotions, jackpots winnings or allowed to participate in tournaments.
22. All winners agree to allow Sycuan Casino Resort to use their image and likeness for any future marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation to winner.

3. Poker’s “Canelo vs Scull” jackpot bonus will run during the televised main card fight on Sunday, May 3, 2025.
4. A “Cash Splash” is money added to the main pot by the house before a hand begins.
5. During Poker’s “Canelo vs Scull” jackpot bonus main card fight:
a. Three (3) $50 cash splashes will be given away at the end of each round completed.
b. At the conclusion of the fight, once the winner has been declared all jackpot eligible tables will receive one (1) $50 cash splash.
6. Qualifying tables will be drawn by computer program after each round is confirmed.
7. In the event of computer a malfunction, or lack of computer access, cards or plaques (or other available devices designated by Sycuan Poker Management) clearly denoted with the Table numbers (and/or seat numbers) of eligible tables will be drawn by a Sycuan Poker Room representative.
8. A new game will not be considered eligible unless the first hand is dealt before the drawing takes place.
9. In the event that the number of qualifying tables equals the number of cash splashes, each table will receive a cash splash.

Sycuan Poker’s “Sycuan’s Holiday Tournament” No Limit Hold’em Tournament
January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

1. This tournament is open to Club Sycuan members only. Guests who are not members of Club Sycuan that would like to participate in this tournament can sign up for free to become a member at any Club Sycuan booth in the casino.

2. Players must be 21 years of age or older in order to participate in Poker’s “Sycuan’s Holiday Tournament” No Limit Hold’em Tournament.

3. Poker’s “Sycuan’s Holiday Tournament” No Limit Hold’em Tournament will take place in the Poker Room on the following dates and times:
a. Sunday, February 16th, 2025 at 10:00am (President’s Day)
b. Sunday, May 25th, 2025 at 10:00am (Memorial Day)
c. August 31st, 2025 at 10:00am (Labor Day)
d. October 12th, 2025 at 10:00am (Indigenous Day)
e. November 16th, 2025 at 10:00am (After Party)

4. Guests may participate in Poker’s “Sycuan’s Holiday Tournament “” No Limit Hold’em Tournament by registering at the Poker Cage. Buy-in for each $135 will be distributed as follows:
a. $100 will go towards the prize pool
b. $15 house revenue fee
c. $10 staff fee
d. $8 Jackpot Reserve fee
e. $2 Administrator fee

5. During the second break (pink level), there will be a drawing for ten (10) tournament players to participate in a Flip n Go game, with the winner of the Flip n Go game winning $155 cash. To participate in this drawing, tournament players will place their tournament receipt for the $135 Holiday Tournament into the designated barrel located in the tournament area.
a. Upon the commencement of the drawing, a poker team member will notify surveillance before randomly selecting 10 players from the drawing barrel.
6. The Flip n Go game consists of one hand and it is played Crazy Pineapple style:
a. No tournament or live chips are issued or used
b. Once the game begins, players will be dealt three (3) cards.
c. The dealer will produce a flop. After the flop, players will discard one (1) card. The small blind will discard first, followed by the players to small blind’s left.
d. When the discards are complete; players have the option to show their cards face up.
e. The dealer will produce a turn and river card.
f. The player with the best hand in the table wins. The winner of the hand will win $155 cash
g. If there is a tie, an additional game will be played among only the players that tied until one (1) player remains. Players who tie can also choose to split the prize money.

7. Prize money for the $155 will be drawn from the Jackpot reserve, Poker Room’s General fund GL#213-000-0000-20311-000.

8. The Flip n Go game drawing will only be activated with 10 or more players active in the tournament.

9. Jackpot Reserve fee will be added to the Poker Room’s General Fund GL #213-000-0000-20311-000

10. Administrator fee is an industry standard fee to be paid out to all Poker Shift Managers, Poker Floor Managers and Poker Dual Rates. This fee will be distributed to all Poker Shift Managers, Poker Floor Managers and Poker Dual Rates members on their payroll checks.

11. Poker’s “Sycuan’s Holiday Tournament” No Limit Hold’em Tournament structure is as follows:
a. Players will start with 20,000 in tournament chips.
b. Each level is twenty (20) minutes.
c. Ten (10) minute breaks at Management discretion.
d. $40 add-on at the end of Level 3 for 20,000 in chips
e. This is a re-entry event. Late entries and re-entries are allowed until the start of level 4.
f. Late entries and reentries will be dealt in immediately (do not have to wait for the blinds) and will receive a full starting stack. Reentries will be assigned a seat based on random draw or to balance tables at Management’s discretion.
g. All players with a paid seat will have their chips put in play. At the conclusion of the registration period, all paid entries (including alternates) who have yet to be seated will be assigned a seat and their chips will be put into play.
h. Ante will come from the Big Blind Only. The Big Blind is posted before the Ante.
i. This tournament will seat 10-players per table.
j. Management decisions are final and without recourse.

12. All Policies and Procedures as stated in P&P ID: 319 for Poker tournaments and Poker operations (including general tournament rules, bank controls, deck controls, and record keeping) will remain applicable. A current copy of the Poker Tournaments Policy & Procedures, provided by the Casino Compliance Administrator, may be found on file in the Poker room.

13. All winners responsible for any applicable taxes, tax forms, fees, gratuities and other government or internationally imposed fees.

14. Employees and their spouses of Sycuan Casino Resort, Singing Hills Golf Resort at Sycuan, and the Sycuan Gaming Commission are not eligible for any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion. All licensed vendor employees who have been issued a permanent badge cannot participate in any Sycuan Casino Resort promotion while they are assigned to work at Sycuan Casino Resort. It is the responsibility of the player to apprise the Poker Representative that they are not eligible for the promotion. Failure to do so may result in rescindment of prize.

15. Tribal Members may participate in this event.

1. Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate in this jackpot bonus.
2. Players may participate in Poker’s “Two Chip Tuesday” jackpot bonus by actively playing in any jackpot eligible Poker game.
3. Poker’s “Two Chip Tuesday” jackpot bonus will run on Tuesdays from 5:00pm to 12:00am. Mega Quads will be suspended on Tuesday during this promotion with no daily add.
4. A “Cash Splash” is money added to the main pot by the house before a hand begins.
5. Beginning at 5:00pm, two (2) live tables will be drawn every thirty (30) minutes to receive a Cash Splash Envelope.
6. The “Cash Splashes” will consist of thirty (30) pre-stuffed envelopes, totaling $1,633.00.
