Chuck Oliverio comes to Sycuan with nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry including restaurant, nightlife and recreational services. As the Director of Recreation Services, Oliverio will be overseeing all operations and personnel related to the San Diego spa, salon and pool. In his new role, he will be responsible for the successful financial performance of these venues, identifying new opportunities for continuous improvement, and developing a culture of service excellence and team member engagement. His unique background and experience in the development of luxury spas at other resort destinations will be a valuable addition to Sycuan.
Chris Keh has been promoted from his previous position as Environmental Services Manager and has been with the Sycuan organization for over 16 years. Before joining Sycuan, he worked in the hotel industry in a variety of positions including Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Hilton San Diego, Housekeeping Manager at Hilton San Francisco and Towers and Housekeeping at San Francisco Marriott Hotels.
As the new Director of Housekeeping and Environmental Services, Keh will be responsible for developing the hotel housekeeping and casino environmental services teams. In his new role, he will lead his team to a shared commitment to deliver superior service to meet the individual needs of each guest. He will collaborate with other departments to support the overall operations of the new hotel.
Mitch Bradley has been promoted from his previous role as Transportation Manager at Sycuan. He started his career in the casino industry as a Blackjack Dealer and was quickly promoted to Floor Manager, then Pit Manager. In 2000, he became a Casino Shift Manager at Sycuan, until he took on the role of Transportation Manager in 2004.
As the Director of Front Services, Bradley will be responsible for leading the hotel front services team including valet, transportation and bell desk. His new role will be an essential contributor to ensuring service delivery and guest experience standards are elevated and upheld. Bradley will continue to oversee transportation to ensure that it is safe, efficient, reliable and timely.
“Our new hotel and resort expansion has created a variety of career and growth opportunities for both new and existing team members,” said Andrew Kerzmann, vice president of hotel operations at Sycuan Casino. “Chuck, Mitch and Chris together bring vast casino and hospitality industry experience, which will play an essential role in the future success of Sycuan. We are excited to welcome Chuck to the Sycuan team and to celebrate the promotions of two of our long-standing team members.”
