Sycuan supports Susan G. Komen

For many decades, Sycuan Casino has been a dedicated partner to numerous local charities who work toward improving the community. The goal is to give back to the community that has made our business the success that it is today. Through strategic partnerships, community involvement, charitable giving, participation in marquee events around town and more – if it is a priority to San Diegans, Sycuan Casino wants to be there each step of the way to offer support.
Each year Sycuan Casino forms a team of employees and their families to rally together to raise awareness and funding for Susan G. Komen San Diego. Many of our team members and their families have been personally affected and this is an opportunity to come together outside of the casino to show our support.
Sycuan Casino is honored to have had the Largest Team in San Diego’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure for the last two years! With over 600 teammates, we are recognized as the largest Race for the Cure team in the history of the race.
This past year, more than ever before, our sense of camaraderie runs deep as we celebrate the naming of Fran Robinson and Rochelle Bradley, our very own team members, as the 2015 Race for the Cure Honorary Survivors.  Our team, hundreds of walkers strong, is committed to saving lives with each and every step.  Fran, Rochelle and the entire Susan G. Komen family are an inspiration to all of us.
In addition to being a financial contribution and sponsor since 2009, Sycuan also provides in-kind support for the SGK team in their fundraising efforts.  Sycuan Casino provides large charter busses which, on race day, assist in the transportation of hundreds of walkers to the race village and start line.
